Camaloon is an international e-commerce based in Barcelona that offers the customization of a wide variety of promotional merchandise (bags, notebooks, cups, key chains, badges, stickers, magnets, t-shirts...) for companies and individuals.


We are seeking smart, talented, and hardworking Sales Development Representatives and B2B Sales Specialists to collaborate as freelancers in our German market. We have 2 positions open, so we kindly ask you to specify which position you are interested in when applying.


Sales Development Representative

Job Description

You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle, reaching out and following-up on both incoming and self-generated leads, proposals through to deal close. Demonstrating the value and benefits of our products. As well as understanding and capturing the voice of the customer for the assigned client.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel revenue for Camaloon
  • Scheduling opportunity’s calls for the Business Manager
  • Conducting high-level discovery and informative conversations with Senior Executives (Marketing directors) in Target Accounts
  • Evangelizing the importance of Merchandising in marketing events
  • Bring to bear your teammates (BM) to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas
  • Maintaining an activity volume of 80+ calls/emails per day with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
  • Meeting or exceeding your quota
  • Recording and detailing all calls and communications in CRM to identify trends for improvement
  • Supervising social networks such as LinkedIn for sales opportunities and leads
  • Reporting on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative

B2B Sales specialist

Job Description

Your main responsibility will be the Sales growth for the European Market, leading new business expansion, identifying potential clients, and maintaining long-term relationships with current customers with an appropriate sales strategy for each region. You will report to the Country Lead and play an active part in building our sales team.

The main channels include a sales team and a B2B digital sales platform and operate with a defined set of end-use customers and key trading customers for the range of products.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Wholesale trading of Merchandise products in Europe
  • Hit sales targets in the B2B sector and ensure brand expansion
  • Identify prospective customers, market areas and grow overall sales and profitability of the company
  • Presentation of product portfolio during customer calls, meetings
  • Follow-ups of all existing inquiries as well as create new B2B customers
  • Negotiate offers, close deals, and become the primary point of contact for the first customers' order
  • Close collaboration with our Operation team to ensure that customers receive quality products and service
  • Work in close coordination with our Sales director
  • Preparation of sales reports
  • Find opportunities to grow through trade shows, expos, and distributorships

Eligibility

  • German high-level language and proficiency in another one
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience in Sales is not a must-have, but a big plus!
  • An outstanding level of drive and a desire to learn new skills and to build a career in sales
