Job Purpose:
To receive, store and distribute Fuel in an efficient and effective manner whilst maintaining the required HSSE standards, as well as agreed customer service levels; support Engineering Staff with daily and quarterly maintenance as well as manage customer interface and relationship.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Safe Loading of Mine Vehicles, Equipment amp; Bowsers
- Tank dipping
- Accurate Transaction and Meter recording and reconciling
- Sample Taking
- Housekeeping
- Generic Preventive maintenance activities
- Enforcement of amp; Adherence to HSSE and Life Saving Rules
- Take part in toolbox talks
- Performs other related duties as required by the Supervisor or Depot Manager
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or better
- Computer literate
- Driver’s license
- Knowledge of depot operations, stock control and HSSE.
- Must be able to communicate fluently with staff.
- Willingness to work odd hours.
