Graduate Trainee: IT
Vivo Energy, Namibia

• Provide first level IT support for our users in Namibia, fixing Windows 10 related IT problems in corporate environment (Win10, Office 2016 and normal business applications).
• Fixing printers, mobile phones (Android and iOS).
• Provide basic support in business applications (i.e. unlocking user accounts/password resets).
• Providing basic support in Active Directory environment (including Teams, File and Print Server).
• Maintaining backup system (VEEAM Backup) and rotating tapes and USB hard drives.
• Reducing IT costs wherever possible.
• Providing basic support for HP switches and FortiGate firewalls and FortiAP wireless access points.
• Responsible of IT security of Vivo Energy Namibia, training users about IT security.
• Improving IT infrastructure as planned with Central Team.
• Training users how to use their computers more effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• System Administration Work experience
